We want you to have a stress free Christmas shopping experience, so for all orders placed from Monday 18th October 2021 we're extending our returns policy to Friday 14th January 2022. During this extended period, if for whatever reason you or the recipient are unhappy with all or part of your purchase, your order may be returned as per our usual policy.
If you wish to return your jewellery it must be unworn and unmodified or altered. Please note, if you wear the item this signifies your acceptance of the item. Any items that have been engraved, inscribed or altered cannot be returned.
Exchanges, replacements or repairs may take up to 30 working days from the day on which the item is received. Our Customer Care team will contact you during this time to inform you when your jewellery has been dispatched.
In the unlikely event that there is a defect with your jewellery on delivery, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods.

If you are unhappy with your purchase and would like a full refund please notify us within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Please note, any free promotional items must also be returned unworn if the accompanying item is returned for a refund. A refund cannot be granted on an item that has been agreed for an exchange under special circumstances. In this case, another exchange may be available.
We understand that buying the correct jewellery size is not always straightforward and that mistakes happen. If you order an incorrect size we will be happy to exchange the item for you if the required size is in stock.
Once your returned item is received, we will begin to process the exchange, keeping you informed during every step of the process. When you receive your item, please make sure to read all the product information to check you have the correct size before trying on. If any item has been worn or shows any signs of use, then it may not be possible to return it to us.
Please contact us within 30 days from receipt of goods if you would like to request an exchange for a different item of the same or higher value.

You can then make an additional payment for the exchange if there is an extra amount to pay. Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive with us safely and in a brand new, unused condition. Goods are to be returned at your expense.
Items which are not damaged or faulty and are returned to us in a resalable condition must be returned at your expense. Scarlet Ocean cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. We recommend using an insured postal service (e.g. Royal Mail Special Delivery) or courier. Please note, it is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive with us safely.
If you are returning an item for replacement that has a defect or is damaged on arrival, we will cover the postage costs via an immediate refund to the payment credit/debit card used for the original purchase
